Pre Event Coordination - begins 1 month prior to event date
Two one hour 'meetings' with your assigned coordinator to go over questions / details / tasks
Final meeting approx. 2 weeks from event date to finalize all details
Discuss minute to minute timeline
Discuss ceremony processional & seating choices
Review all confirmed vendor contracts and responsibilities
Discuss seating chart and layout of reception
Client will provide final inspo photos of any decor the team will be placing along with an inventory list of belongings for take down

Vendor Management
Coordinator will work as the liaison between all vendors and the couple coordinating set up and breakdown times, answering questions & giving directive

Arrival to your bridal suite to connect
Implement any previously agreed upon design & decor set up
Issue final payments to any vendors if necessary
Greet guests and direct them to the ceremony
Line up the bridal party for entrance to ceremony and guide them on when to walk
Route guests to the cocktail area after the ceremony to ensure a smooth transition
Ensure any decor or florals are transferred to the reception area
Assist your MOH or family / bridal party with any tasks or last minute to - dos
Help guests navigate the seating chart and find their tables
Line up the party for the grand entrance and coordinate with the DJ
Ensure smooth transitions between all events and timelines throughout the night
Pack all items and gifts to be routed to the couples location of choice at the end of the night (see inventory sheet)
